NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW.

The Football Frenzy Fundraiser Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") will begin at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") September 4, 2025 and ends at the conclusion of the last Football Game (the "Game") played, 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on January 4, 2026 (the "Game/Sweepstakes Promotion Period"). These Football Games are defined as to the Dates that are listed on the Football Sweepstakes Game Tickets (the "Game Ticket") and the corresponding Teams listed below the dates. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Green Bee Fundraising, LLC, Sharon, Pennsylvania, 16146 (the "Sponsor"), is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.

I. Eligibility:
Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia), who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the Sweepstakes start date. All employees, officers and representatives of Green Bee Fundraising LLC (the "Sponsor"), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, (collectively including Sponsor, "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void where prohibited.

Entry Conditions: The Green Bee Fundraising Discount Savings Club Card (the "Discount Card"), which is attached to the Football Frenzy Fundraiser Sweepstakes Game Ticket as described in Section XIV, is an Internet vehicle for you to obtain discounts and specials at www.restaurant.com. Participants are not required to purchase the Discount Card in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. The Discount Card will be available for purchase when the said Organization begins their fundraiser. All Discount Card purchases must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m., on Wednesday before the first date on your program, which is one day prior to the first game date for the Game Ticket and the Game Schedule, located in Section XVII of these Official Rules.

III. Three Ways to Enter:
1.) In-Person Entry: Enter the Sweepstakes by directly purchasing a Green Bee Fundraising Discount Card through a member or the staff of the Organization. You are required to complete the registration section (the stub) on the Discount Card/Game Ticket and return the registration stub to a member or the staff of the Organization. Entries must be filled out entirely. Participants are not required to purchase the Discount Card in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. All entries must be completed and returned by 11:59:59 p.m., on Wednesdays, which is one day prior to the first game date for the Game Ticket and the Game Schedule. Purchasing the Discount Card and completing the registration stub automatically enters you into the Football Frenzy Fundraiser Sweepstakes. The Game Ticket is valid only during the weeks as appears on the Game Ticket and the Game Schedule. There is no limit to the number of Discount Cards you may purchase while supplies last. You can access the offers by going to www.greenbeesvingsclub.com.Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, stolen, postage-due registrations, entries or mail.

2.) Online Entry (If available): You are required to complete the registration/create an account section at www.footballsweeps.com to order the Green Bee Fundraising Discount Card. Follow the prompts for Discount Card purchase and Sweepstakes registration. Upon completion of the entry procedure, you will receive via email, confirmation of your order and game ticket image(s). All entries must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m., on Wednesdays, which is one day prior to the first game date for the Game Ticket and the Game Schedule. The Game Ticket is valid only during the weeks as it appears on the Game Ticket.

3.) Alternative Means of Entry ("AMOE"): To enter without obligation, you must submit a request for the Football Frenzy Fundraiser Game Ticket by hand printing on a 3"x 5" card, your name, address (including zip code), day time phone number and e-mail address (if available) with the statement "Send me a (Organization Name/Code) Game Ticket". Mail the card, along with a Self Addressed, Stamped Envelope (SASE) to: Green Bee Fundraising, LLC, 20 Smith Avenue, Sharon, PA 16146. Only one request per person per address per mailed envelope will be accepted. You will receive a Game Ticket in the mail or via email. Requests will be processed as long as supplies last. All requests must be postmarked no later than 7 days prior to the first game date on the Game Ticket and the Game Schedule, and received within 5 business days of that date. The Game Ticket will be mailed or emailed to you within five (5) business days of the date received "AMOE". Submissions become the property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incorrect, incomplete, invalid, illegible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all such entries as well as the entrant. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

IV. Internet Limitations of Liability:
If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on a ticket stub, an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

V. How to Play the Game:
1.) The Game Ticket is valid only during the dates as appears on the Game Ticket and the Game Schedule. Important: For the purpose of this Sweepstakes Fundraiser, weeks are always published as a SUNDAY DATE. A week includes all games played on the Wednesday prior to SUNDAY through and including the Monday night game after that same SUNDAY or for games considered played during the "Week" by the National Football League.

2.) Game Ticket: Your Game Ticket features 3 or 4 Football Teams each week (the "Teams"). In each of the vertical rows, 3 or 4 weekly Teams are featured on your Game Ticket and change each week. No other Game Ticket has the same 3 or 4 Teams on any given date. Team Codes are listed on your Game Ticket. Winners are determined by the "Highest" or the "Lowest" 3- or 4-Team Totals for Each Week. Scores of all 3- or 4-Team combinations are added together and compared to determine winners each week. THE SCORES ARE NOT DEPENDENT ON ANY TEAM WINNING OR LOSING A GAME. When Teams do not play or in the case of game cancellations or postponements, the previous week's scores will count unless played during the "week." In the unlikely event that any circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to determine winners as stated, we reserve the right to devise an alternate method to distribute prizes. See Alternate Method posted at www.footballsweeps.com.

3.) Winners: Game Ticket holders who are winners and who have properly filled out the stub and/or registered online with the organization, will be paid automatically. Prizes are mailed. If a winner does not receive his/her prize within thirty (30) days, he/she has no more than four (4) weeks after the Posted Results Date as per Game Schedule below to claim his/her prize or the prize is forfeited.

4.) Odds of Winning: Of the Game Tickets available for this Sweepstakes, the odds of winning will vary based on the number of Game Tickets distributed throughout the Game/Sweepstakes Promotion Period.

VI. How The Football Frenzy Fundraiser Sweepstakes Game Ticket Works:
Each Game Ticket has 3 or 4 different football team codes listed each week. If your 3 or 4 teams score the most or least number of points in any week, you are a winner!

If the total is the HIGHEST 3- or 4-TEAM SCORE for one week, the ticket holder with these 3 or 4 Teams would be the Winner with the HIGH 3- or 4-TEAM TOTAL. The next Highest Prize Winner is the Game Ticket holder with the 3 or 4 Teams that score the second most number of points during that same week. Additional Highest prizes are computed in the same manner.
Lowest scoring Game Tickets also win prizes. If the 3 or 4 Teams on your Game Ticket score the least number of points you win the LOW 3- or 4-TEAM TOTAL. The next Lowest Prize Winner is the Game Ticket holder with the 3 or 4 Teams that score the next least number of points during the same week. Additional Lowest prizes are computed in the same manner. In case of ties, prizes are combined and split.

WINNING TICKET HOLDERS AND/OR THE SCORES ARE NOT DEPENDENT ON ANY TEAM WINNING OR LOSING A GAME.

VII. Notification of Scores:
Unofficial Game Ticket numbers and score results will be posted weekly on the Internet at www.footballsweeps.com no later than each Wednesday following the Sunday dates on your Game Ticket and continuing weekly until the last date on your Game Ticket. Unofficial means all individual team scores, 3- or 4-team total scores and the corresponding ticket numbers are posted but no winners and prize amounts are posted. Official Game Ticket numbers and score results will be posted by Wednesday each week following the Sunday dates on your Game Ticket and continuing weekly until the last date on your Game Ticket. Official means all individual team scores, 3- or 4-team total scores and the corresponding ticket numbers are posted along with the prize amounts. Go to www.Footballsweeps.com and enter the Access Code that appears on your Game Ticket.

VIII. Prizes:
Each week Cash Prizes are awarded to the winners. Total Cash Prizes are listed on your Game Ticket. The prize itemization for the Highest and Lowest weekly Cash Prizes are listed on the Game Ticket. In case of ties, prizes are combined and split.

IX. Winner Notification:
Weekly winners will receive their prize approximately 1 to 4 weeks after the Sunday date the winner is verified as per Section X of these Official Rules. All Prize Winners will be notified by USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor's choice approximately 7 to 28 days after the date of the prize posting on the Internet. All Prize Winners who have not received their prize and/or have not been contacted by the Sponsor because the Sponsor cannot determine the identity of the winning ticket owner (due to insufficient name, address, telephone, etc.) of a Game Ticket, have four (4) weeks after Posted Results Date as per Game Schedule in Section XVII of these Official Rules to claim their prize or their prize is forfeited (see Section X).

X. Prize Conditions:
Upon verification of the prize winner, confirmation will be sent to winner via U.S. mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor's choice. Winners, who have won a prize valued at $600 USD or more, are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. Winners receive their prize automatically via U.S. mail or other home delivery service of the Sponsor's choice no later than four (4) weeks after Posted Results Date as per Game Schedule in Section XVII of these Official Rules. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within two (2) calendar days (either via phone number/email) from the first notification attempt, and/or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the prize at issue. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. By accepting one of the aforementioned prizes, prize winner agrees to release the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity. Void where prohibited.

XI. General Terms & Conditions:
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating in the Football Frenzy Fundraiser Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Sweepstakes Entities and their designees and assigns shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) the winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state only), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further notice, permission or compensation, and 2.) Sweepstakes Entities and their designees and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and entrant will indemnify, defend and hold Sweepstakes Entities harmless from any liability, loss, injury, or damage to entrant themselves or any other person or entity, including personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, if the Sweepstakes is modified, terminated or suspended, at Sponsor's discretion, notification will be posted on the website www.FootballSweeps.com.

XII. Disputes:
All results are final. Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Pennsylvania, in the City of Sharon, County of Mercer, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

XIII. Winners' List /Official Rules Requests:
For the list of winning tickets and prizes (Winners List) or a copy of these Official Rules and/or the Winners List mail a request by hand printing on a 3"x 5" card, your name, address (including zip code), day time phone number, organization name/code and e-mail address (if available") with the statement "Send me a (Winners List) or (Official Rules). Mail the card, along with a Self Addressed, Stamped Envelope (SASE) to: Green Bee Fundraising, LLC, 20 Smith Avenue, Sharon, PA 16146. VT & WA residents may omit return postage. This request is to be received by the Sponsor no later than the fourth week after the last date on the Game Coupon and Game Schedule located in these Official Rules.

XIV. Discount Card:
The Green Bee Saving Club Discount Card is an Internet vehicle for you to obtain various discounts and specials at many participating retailers nationwide. This valuable card can be used as many times as you like and is valid until December 31, 2025.

The Football Frenzy Fundraiser Sweepstakes is a Federal Copyrighted program. Any reproduction or similar duplication of any and all Game Tickets, Discount Cards, promotional materials, Internet website, and all other related documents related to the Football Sweepstakes program without the express written permission of Green Bee Fundraising, LLC is strictly prohibited.
